About Jude

JUDE GRACE WORKS is a nature-based art practice shaped by wandering, gathering, close observation and the memory of place.

Jude works with leaves, bark, seed pods, petals and organic fragments found within the landscape, composing them into abstract works that sit between design, documentation and visual composition.

Her practice is informed by anthropology, mixed heritage, a transient life across many places, and previous work in cross-cultural brand and travel-related industries. These experiences shape her interest in permanence and impermanence, symbolism, and the ways places are remembered, interpreted and carried through natural forms.

After profound loss, immersion in the natural world and the gathering of fallen fragments became a way of processing grief and finding constant beauty through nature.

Her work explores the memory of place: the taken-for-granted details of landscape, the lived experience of moving through nature, and the meanings held in natural forms. Repetition, tone, balance and texture become ways of making these overlooked encounters visible.

Through limited prints, field notes and site-responsive installations, JUDE GRACE WORKS considers how landscape is experienced, remembered and reimagined.
